How Optional Services can help you into a home through the rent option process.
1) Evaluate & Qualify
By carefully reviewing your income statement and credit report, Optional Services evaluates your financial profile. We look for legitiment mistakes on your credit report and give you the tools to rectify this, thus increasing your score to its deserved state. A personal commitment to paying your bills on time is critical to your success. Evaluation fee is $45.00.
2) Rebuild/Maintain Your Credit
After 60 days, we review the progress from your credit report. You will need to have maintained good credit by remaining current with all your bills.
3) Rent With The Option To Buy
Optional Services will partner with real estate brokers to put you in touch with several home sellers. Once you choose a home, you will establish a 6 to 12 month rent option agreement (possibly up to 18 to 24 months in some cases). A non-refundable option consideration deposit is required. Processing fee is $55.00.
